Doggy Day CareIs your dog lonely during the day? Are
you worried your dog's barking will upset the neighbours? Does
your dog dig up your garden when you leave her home alone? Do you wish he had company while you were out? Too
tired for a walk after work?
Available Tuesday,
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Your
best friend will run and play in our fully fenced grounds. If
he likes ball games, we'll throw the ball. If
she likes tug, then that is what we will play. Does
your dog prefer cuddling up and having a nap? We are more than happy to
cuddle too!! Different
days for different dogs
Dogs must be able to play and interact with both small and large dogs, exhibit no prey drive and not intimidate others. Half day, casual and short term dogs are welcome. WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY are big dog days. In general dogs are around Labrador size – and are energetic and boisterous. Most smaller dogs do not cope with the high level of activity that occurs on these days. Wednesday and Thursday dogs must attend for the full day – no casuals, half-days or drop ins – this allows the dogs to be as settled as possible and avoids unnecessary excitement. All dogs must arrive before 9.30 am and be picked up after 4.30 pm. FRIDAY is little dog day. Dogs that attend on Fridays must be small in either body size, temperament or both. In general, dogs are Standard Schnauzer, Cocker Spaniel size or smaller. Larger dogs, like Golden Retrievers are able to attend, provided they are gentle and non intimidating to the smaller dogs and have no obvious prey drive (which means most Golden Retrievers are fine!). Half days, casuals, short term and new dogs are welcome. |
